Cnection’s asset tracking solutions are based around RFID (Radio Frequency Identication) tags which are smart electronic versions of barcodes. Tags can be attached or embedded to almost any type of asset, container or vehicles and range from thin label tags to hard rugged on metal designs. They can be programmed and read by a special reader which could be a fixed integrated reader with automatic detection or a handheld reader. Applications include asset location tracking, process control and condition monitoring. TrakStar™ MQ is our fixed reader solution and TagStar™ Pro a handheld for programming and reading tags. Cnection can provide and design a whole solution from suppling the tags to integrating the data to your back end system.
